Today there are millions of uninsured Americans and it will be one of the topics that candidates will focus as the the elections heat up. The issues is how to help those that need medical help without bankrupting the country. The world of socialized medicine will not work as there is not incentive for Health care providers to provide optimum care, and less incentive for new people to enter the field. From state to state they are coming up with their own plans and their our options like NC health insurance in North Carolina where you ca search for various plans based on options they offer and premiums that you would pay.

There are many nights when we get home and wonder what we are going to cook for dinner. Having three kids in sports makes having a dinner as a family a little more difficult than it used to be. We used to plan out our meals for the week and that way you could plan for emergencies and know when you could use leftovers. I was just turned onto this new site where you can pick-up Italian recipes that are simple and easy to make. This eliminates some of the challenges for those busy families on the go by providing a simple and easy to follow guide.

Natural disasters and insurance

The latest hurricanes that came ashore showed us exactly what Mother Nature can do. Any property loss that occurs will not be recovered and it would be as if these people are starting all over. The areas shown on the news did not seem to be affluent area, but rather apartment housing, and middle income to low income housing. Hurricane Ike showed us how vulnerable we are to natural disasters and what we as a nation can do to recover from such a weather disaster. There were probably several car insurance companies that took a major hit with Ike and many adjusters were out in the field making judgments as to what would be covered based on the loss.

Cover your rig

The job field for mechanics is wide open these thanks to advancing technology and the cars and engines that require more training to work on them. The new Ford 450 diesel is so large that you actually have to take the hood off of the vehicle in order to do any routine maintenance. This alone is a 1-2 hour job just to get at the engine. This just goes to show that power does not always equal common sense. There are even oversized carports that are made specifically for these oversized rigs. Trucks are trying to fit larger diesel engines into vehicles and they forget that people still need to repair these oversize rigs. This has been showing signs of decline with rising fuel costs and forcing car makers to introduce more economical models.

This years PBR event will be held in Las Vegas where the winner will be crowned for this years bull riding competitions. Luckily I was able to attend a few since my aunts and uncles were involved in the various local rodeos. I have watched over the years the even on TV, and would love to be there in person to see all the action. Especially since al lot of the off camera action and how certain bull riders prepare for the ride. If you attend one of these events at your local fair and radio you should bring your Nikon binoculars to help you really see the action up close. The PBR brings in bull riders from the all over the world, which is unique for a traditionally American sport. In 2006 Adriano Moraes was the crowned the champion for a third straight year. Topping the money list at $1.2 million. A Million of that which comes from becoming the PBR world Champion.
