Use your business cards wisely
posted in Advertising |I was in a deli the other day and noticed that they like many other restaurants had the fish bowl where you could drop your business card for a chance to win a free lunch. I thought about all the time and money that goes into business cards only to end up in the bottom of a fish bowl. I am sure the company president envisioned that his people would use the business card to network and provide contact information for current and prospective customers. After all these are company funds that are paying for the printing and artwork that goes on business cards. So the next time you toss your business card in the hat to try for a free lunch ask yourself is that going to help you keep your job?
