I was watching a story on the new Hybrid trucks that run on ethanol and promise to help improve gas mileage. One of the interesting things that came out of the story is that even with all the corn that is being used there could never be enough to help in our dependence on oil. It was stated that if we used all the corn that is produced every year that this would only help satisfy 7% of the fuel consumption. As truck makers strive to improve fuel costs alternative fuels will be a big part of the story. I guess if someone were able to offer truck tool boxes that would be able to hold additional fuel or a device that could help convert various products to fuel could be the next big thing.
