The American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), has stated that the five fastest-growing cosmetic surgeries are procedures done to remove the excess skin. Approximately 68,000 “body contouring” procedures were performed last year, up 22% since last year. This amounts to over $700 million dollars in surgeon fees.
