posted in Blogging |The history of the Roman Catholic church spans over 2000 years making it one of the oldest existing religions in history. Catholicism is based on history and tradition and many of the church activities are based on 100’s of years of tradition. The Pope who is the highest figure in the Catholic church has exerted influence not only over the church, but many states and countries. The catholic bible is based on the teachings of the old and new testament and describes the blessed sacraments which are held very high in the Catholic church. Hundreds of books have been written on the history and the change to history because of the Church.
