We were recently asked to check out talking watches and at first I thought this was a novelty item that would have a celebrity voice that told you the time but after further investigation I learned the true need for such a watch. The watches are meant for those that have a hard time seeing the dials on the watch and it helps to provide verbal times and warnings. There are versions that can be set to remind you to take your medicine which could be huge for those where taking the medicine daily could be the difference between life and death.
