We were looking at the latest treadmills and noticed that many of them are now more tech friendly and have more features to make exercising fun and less painful. By less painful I mean that the decks on the newer treadmills have a lot more cushion and bounce so that you do not put as much stress on your knees which helps in those longer workouts. Many of the treadmills are now featuring iPod hook-ups so that you can listen to your favorite music. And more of them are starting to offer small LCD screens to watch your favorite shows or provide interactive workouts to help you stay more engaged and have more fun.
