What is nice about the site is that it will graph out your principal and interest payments to help give you a nice visual to understand where your money is going. They also have a nice feature to allow you to put in your PMI and taxes to get a full picture of your actual payment. It is very simple and easy to use to do your own mortgage calculation and help you to see what your actual payment will be.
