wired for the future
posted in Technology |If you have not cut the cords from your internet connection you are giving a ton of freedom. We just installed a Netgear wireless router that now gives us access to the internet even while we are out in the backyard. Wireless has come such a long way and the speed is much better. Now you can maintain the speed and security that you enjoyed while connected via your Cat 5 line. For those that are on the web and surf and design having a laptop and wireless connection is essential. I remember being tethered to the wall dialing up on my 14.4 modem and now I can set out back and enjoy videos streaming across the internet. What does the next few years hold for speed and access?
