These do not include homebased business, MLM or affiliate programs.Any sites found to contain any viruses will terminated immediatley and the proper authorities will be notified. The user will be responsible for all costs for any disruption to our servers or members accounts.

2) Your page may not close the TraffexOne.com frame. 3) You may not use any auto-refreshing, or auto-clicking devices. ANY TECHNIQUE other than actually loading your TraffexOne start page manually and viewing it yourself is a violation of the TERMS OF USE. Your account may be terminated without notice if caught attempting to gain credits in any other way.

4) Advertising your TraffexOne START PAGE, in any way that attempts to get credits from other people’s surfing is considered theft and your account may be terminated.

5) Your site may not advertise or contain any of the materials listed: -Pornography -Warez (hacking, bootleg software, etc) -Advertising for any software whose purpose is to steal from ANY traffic exchange -Any Illegal activity, or anything that TraffexOne.com deems not family friendly

6) The text on your site must be in ENGLISH or have an ENGLISH translation. We do not mean to discriminate against anyone, however, the staff at TraffexOne.com must be able to read your website.

7) TraffexOne.com is not responsible for any lost credits, or any damages, loss of data, or other problems associated with using our services. You agree to use this free service at your own risk.

SPAM is not tolerated! Any use of unsolicited e-mail is considered SPAM and will result in termination of your account.

9) Only one account per individual or computer. p> 10) You may not sell any TraffexOne credits that you have earned in any way. You may not re-sell any TraffexOne credits that you have purchased without receiving prior permission. Failure to do so will be grounds for account termination.

11) TraffexOne.com has the right to deny any member or site from using its services at any time, for any reason, and has the right to add to the terms of service at any time, without notice. Any members/sites denied from TraffexOne.com will lose all credits and will not be allowed to join again.

12) If you do not use your FREE TraffexOne account to earn credits, by viewing other member’s sites, for a period of 60 consecutive days, your FREE account may be inactivated and you will no longer earn referral credits, receive referrals in your downline, and your URLs will not be shown (this does not apply to PRO accounts).

14) You agree to maintain a functioning email address that must be listed on your member page. This email address must NOT send an auto-response.

15) You agree to receive email updates related to services offered by TraffexOne.com.

16) During periods where low numbers of Sites have credits assigned, we reserve the right to auto assign up to 30% of members un assigned credits to maintain a good selection of URL’s in the exchange.

17) These terms may change. You agree to comply with all changes.
